The Company

Lyoness is a global shopping community that is active across all sectors and offers its customers free and non-binding Shopping Benefits. Lyoness also offers Merchants in the retail and service sector a Customer Loyalty Programme.
The Members of the Shopping Community receive Shopping Benefits such as "Cashback" and "Shopping Points" with each purchase at Lyoness Loyalty Merchants in order to use them for other purchases or to receive favorable discounts.

Shopping Benefits

As a Lyoness Member, you will receive Lyoness Benefits with every purchase at one of our Loyalty Merchants. This includes Cashback , Shopping Points and by recommendation of Lyoness also the Friendship Bonus. (Tell a Friend)
Depending on the agreement, you, as a member, will receive up to 5% of the entire order value back in the form of Cashback, from every purchase made at a Loyalty Merchant. This Cashback accumulates in your personal virtual Cash Account, that can be accessed at any time on your personal profile on the website. Once you have accumulated R 250.00 through personal shopping or shopping made by your friends (Tell a Friend), Lyoness will transfer these funds into your personal Bank Account.
Lyoness transfers your Cashback on Tuesdays, provided that you have accumulated at least R 250.00 in your Cash Account. You will find an overview of your accumulated Lyoness Benefits in your personal profile on the website.
You will automatically receive Shopping Points in addition to Cashback with each purchase at a Lyoness Loyalty Merchant.
You can shop with the Cashback Card, with Voucher/Gift Cards or online at Lyoness and save money.

As a Lyoness Member you receive Cashback of up to 5% of the respective purchase sum and Shopping Points for every purchase with Lyoness Loyalty Merchants. Your Cashback accumulates in your personal Lyoness Cash Account while your Shopping Points are credited to your Shopping Points Account. If you accumulate a Cashback amount of at least R 50 in your Cash Account, the money will be transferred to your personal bank account. You can redeem your collected Shopping Points for attractive Shopping Point Deals at selected Loyalty Merchants (SME) online or offline for certain products or discounts. If you recommend Lyoness to other people, you will additionally receive the Friendship Bonus for all purchases your friends make (Tell A Friend).

There are several ways to become a Lyoness Member:
  • Use the opportunity to sign up when making a first purchase at a Lyoness Loyalty Merchant (SME) and receive your Lyoness Cashback Card right on the spot (Co-branded Card).
  • Get an existing Lyoness Member (Recommender) to register you as a Lyoness Member either online or with a Friendship Flyer (Tell A Friend).
Yes. The minimum age varies from country to country depending on the respective legal requirements. Otherwise the minimum age for successful registration is definitely 16 years and can be found in the GTC's.
Every individual can become a Lyoness Member free of charge, with no obligations. The minimum age for successful registration can be found in the Lyoness GTC's.

Personal Data

Your username and password for registration on the website are sent to you via email or text message during registration. If you can't find your log-in data simply click on "Forgotten your password?" and follow the instructions.
Personal data of Lyoness Members will not be transferred to third parties. Lyoness and those Loyalty Merchants to whom the Member has given consent for the transfer of data will use the data to do market research for internal company purposes only. This guarantees the improvement of services and the strategic expansion of the Shopping Network.

Cashback Card

As soon as you have registered as a Lyoness Member your digital Cashback Card will be available for you on your profile at You can print it out or open it on your smartphone browser at any time. If you register with a Friendship Flyer you will additionally receive a credit card sized Cashback Card which you can use for purchases at all Cashback Card Loyalty Merchants worldwide. If you register at a Loyalty Merchant's location you will receive a Cashback Card from that Loyalty Merchant (Co-branded Card) which features the Lyoness logo and the logo of the Loyalty Merchant. You can find an overview of the Co-branded Card Loyalty Merchants here. This Card is of course valid at all other Cashback Card Loyalty Merchants.

No, the Cashback Card is not a payment method. It works like any other loyalty benefits card and serves only to document your purchases.

Online Shopping

Register and login to the Lyoness Website with your username and password. After logging in you can find the relevant Loyalty Merchants through the Merchant search or in the Shopping Overview. You can click directly on "Online Shopping" or on the logo of the Loyalty Merchant to open the Merchant detail page. From there you can also open the desired Online Shop in a new browser window by clicking on "Online Shopping" and shop in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the respective Online Shop.
In order to shop successfully online your computer needs to be properly adapted. Your browser as well as your antispyware and your antivirus programme must accept cookies. Accepted cookies ensure that orders made through Lyoness will be clearly recognized as Lyoness Member purchases and will be assigned to your Shopping Overview. A cookie is saved on your computer as soon as you log in to Lyoness, click on a Loyalty Merchant, and open their website in a new browser window. The information saved in the cookie is verified by the Online Shop upon completion of the online order. Your purchase can subsequently be traced back to Lyoness and the resulting Member Benefits can be assigned.
Technically a cookie is a file that temporarily archives information. You can picture it as a text document on your computer that saves data about previously visited websites. You can view and delete cookies as well as control how they are being used in your browser settings. Cookies may be enabled or blocked. Cookie technology makes it possible to store information on a user's PC. However, since there is of course no access to the data carrier (i.e. computer) itself, the browser must be used for this.
Your purchase will be shown in your profile under "My Purchases at Loyalty Merchants" within 48 hours. You receive your Member Benefits as soon as your purchase has been completed (completion is subject to the Loyalty Merchants return period and delivery times). The entire process may take on average 60 to 90 days, depending on product shipping time and method of payment. As a general rule, the faster the purchase is completed, the sooner you receive your Member Benefits.
Using the Loyalty Merchant Search, all Members can search for Loyalty Merchants in all available countries. However, the agreement drawn up between Lyoness and our Online Shops normally only applies for the countries under which the Online Shop is listed. Members are still able to purchase items from an Online Shop that is not listed under his home country. However, the Loyalty Merchant will not be obligated to grant Members the Benefits (= total purchase minus any Vouchers, discounts, shipping and processing fees) resulting from these purchases. Please note: Purchases at Online Shops not listed under the Member's home country are made at the Member's own risk. Member Benefits for unrecorded purchases made at a Loyalty Merchant outside of your home country will not be granted as goodwill. We therefore recommend only purchasing items from Online Shops listed under your home country.
Please always observe the terms and conditions in place for each Voucher Code (e.g. validity, minimum order value, etc.). You can check the terms and conditions by clicking on the Voucher Code. Do not complete your order until the Voucher Code value has actually been deducted from the purchase amount (you will see the amount deducted on the screen). The Voucher Code value cannot be deducted once the purchase has been completed. Using "external" voucher codes, e.g. codes listed in a Loyalty Merchant's newsletter, may lead to you losing your connection to the Lyoness system. Should this occur, we may not be able to allocate your purchase to your Member ID. Furthermore, the Loyalty Merchant will not be obligated to grant Member Benefits resulting from any purchases made using non-Lyoness voucher codes.
Lyoness will make every effort to ensure that you receive your Member Benefits, even if your purchase has not been recorded correctly. If your purchase does not appear under My Shopping Overview within 48 hours, please contact your Lyoness Member Service Team with your invoice, order confirmation and payment confirmation. Complaints can be submitted up to three months following the date of purchase. Online Shops will not accept any complaints submitted after three months. As a result, purchases will not be able to be processed after a period of three months.
