5 Skincare Tips for a healthier looking skin

1. Cleanser
Put away the rich cream cleansers in favour of mild, unscented cleansing solutions. Cleanse twice a day as always to ensure all traces of makeup and impurities are removed.

2. Moisturiser
Ditch heavy creams to avoid ending up with breakouts, clogged pores and oily skin. Instead, opt for lighter moisturisers that will allow your skin to breathe.

3. Lip Service

Let’s not forget about the lips, pick rather a lip balm than our favourite red hot lipstick with at least an SPF of 15. Not only will it hydrate your lips more but balms tend to stay longer, which will give you a fresher look

4. Sunscreen
Even a short sun exposure during your walks to lunch or running errands can put your skin at risk. Apply sunscreen which has an SPF of at least 30 to prevent premature aging and sun damage.

5. Water, water, water
Drink plenty of water throughout the day but as well chose water rich foods such as leafy greens, berries and watermelon which consists of 91% of water! So stay hydrated and look fresh.
