Among the houses near the cathedral and city lounge, the first pharmacy in Europe was opened in 1271. The great Romanesque churches in Trogir are complemented by Renaissance and Baroque buildings from the Venetian era.

Trogir is a small medieval town, located in Kastela Bay, located between the island of Ciovo and the mainland that are connected by a stone bridge. Trogir is also a great picnic destination, but a great starting point is Split which is about 20 kilometers away. If you head south from Trogir, you will reach the beautiful Peljesac Peninsula, the islands of Hvar, Brac, Solta, Korcula and Dubrovnik.
